Blushworks Lifetime Warranty & Service Promise

All Blushworks products come with a Lifetime Warranty & Service Promise. The warranty issues by Blushworks LLC (”Blushworks”) covers manufacturing defects and the main functionality of the product for its entire life.

What is covered

Blushworks offers a complimentary repair or replacement of all products if inadvertently damaged.

All claims made in good faith will be considered.

What is not covered

While our Lifetime Warranty & Service Promise is comprehensive, it does not cover cosmetic damage such as scuffs, scratches, non-functional cracks or dents.

How to Obtain Services?

To begin a warranty claim, write your full name and the current date on a piece of paper and place your Blushworks product near it. Take a quality photo of the product, honing in on the damaged area, being sure to capture your name and date in the photo also. Next, email info@blush-works.com with the following:

  • Your photo of the damaged product (showing your name and date as described above).

  • A copy of your purchase receipt or Blushworks order number from the original Blushworks Authorized sales retailer is require for warranty service.

  • A brief description of the issue.

  • Your ship-to address and phone number.

Providing all the information above with help expedite the review of your claim. We will evaluate your claim (typically within 5-7 business days) to determine if it qualifies for a warranty replacement under our Lifetime Warranty & Service Promise and will contact you via email regarding the status of the claim with an return merchandise authorization (RMA) number assigned to your case.

What Will Blushworks Do?

We will repair or replace your product. If you would like a refund, we will refund the original amount of your transaction after the product has been sent back to us. Blushworks will not cover the cost of shipping the product back.
